Per foot run, the length of cabinetry along the wall. Base and wall cabinets cost RM 380 to 430 per foot in melamine, RM 480 to 560 in laminate, RM 620 to 720 in acrylic and RM 680 to 800 in wood veneer, including Blum soft-close hardware and installation. Countertops are quoted separately per square foot.
How long does the whole process take?
Usually 4 to 6 weeks end to end: 5 to 7 days for measurement and 3D design, 3 to 4 weeks in our Sungai Buloh factory, then 2 to 3 days of installation. Your dates are written into the quotation.
How much deposit do you take?
50% on confirmation to start factory work, 40% before installation, and the last 10% after you have inspected the finished kitchen. Nothing is paid before you approve the 3D design and fixed quote.
What does the 5-year warranty cover?
Workmanship: hinges, drawer runners, door alignment, joinery and lamination. If a soft-close hinge fails or a door sags, we come back and fix it free. Normal wear, misuse and water damage from leaks are excluded.
Do you do tiling, plumbing and wiring?
We build cabinetry, wardrobes and feature walls. For hacking, tiling, plumbing and electrical work we introduce renovation partners we have worked with for years, and we coordinate the schedule with them.
Is the price on the drawing the price I pay?
It is a range from our published per-foot rates. The fixed, itemised price comes after we measure your site, and that fixed price is the one you pay.
